Fenton Fitness is about being fit and healthy. Our personal trainers train hard themselves to keep at optimal levels of fitness to inspire our clients to work hard at keeping in shape and to motivate those who require a higher standard of strength or muscle definition. Our clients vary from athletes who need professional advice on exercise and nutrition, to people with back, knee, shoulder and other injuries, which need to be nursed back to health in a controlled and friendly environment. Our fully qualified personal trainers will be able to assess each client at the time of joining, to establish a full picture of what condition the client is in, to working out a specific tailor made exercise and nutrition program, for that individual.
Fenton Fitness reaches the top of Kilimanjaro in Africa for Alzheimers where the group raised over £95,000 pounds. I would just like to thank everyone who helped John Barclay and myself raise £6,200!!! It was a great experience...also id like to say a big HI to everyone who took part it was great to complete the challenge with such a fantastic group!
