Monday 7:00pm-8:00pm, Wednesday 5:00pm-6:00pm, Thursday 7:00pm-8:00pm and Saturday 11:00am-12
This is a new exciting gym sport that not only ourselves but most of our 'one to one' clients take part in. It is fantastic for getting you fitter, will improve your performance in ANY sport and gives you a great body!!! It is for any level of fitness as there are many coures for varying degrees of ability and fitness. So, bring youself down to the class bring friends or a partner too! Its the best class we have here at Fenton Fitness and the best class we have ever experienced... you get programs to work to on your own, the buzz of a team spirit and you WILL get some serious RESULTS. Check your time against others and against the fitness chart at the bottom of the page to get your fitness rating!
