Myerscough sports centre Tuesday 7pm-8pm, Saturday 11am-12 

This is a new exciting gym sport that not only ourselves but most of our 'one to one' clients take part in. It is fantastic for getting you fitter, will improve your performance in ANY sport and gives you a great body!!! It is for any level of fitness as there are 3 coures for varying degrees of ability. We run classes at the moment at Myerscough on a tuesday evening at 7-8pm and saturday morning at 11-12am and  at Total Fitness on Monday at 6-7pm but we want to run alot more in the future so if you have some friends or a partner and have a conveinient time for you all let me know and i will start a new class just for you! Its the best class we here at Fenton Fitness have ever experienced... you get programs to work to on your own, the buzz of a team spirit and you WILL get some serious RESULTS.
